This work changed my life forever. I was a bit nervous and anxious at first when my friend introduced me to it; however, I felt like this was something I had been asking for for a very long time.
Before I did Discovery, I wanted to find my purpose and meaning in life. I was constantly searching for answers and always found myself feeling empty inside. I went through a really dark time in my life where I was questioning, “Why me?”
After attending Discovery, I realized how much I was missing out on in life and how I was showing up in life in a way that was no longer working for me. I lived in so much fear and anxiety, wanting a better life but being too scared to create it, having big dreams but not taking the risks to make a difference in my life, talking the talk but not walking the walk.
I realized how much my own beliefs were limiting me. Discovery gave me the tools to make a difference in my life, take a stand for myself, and, most importantly, hold myself accountable by taking ownership of my life.
After Discovery, I attended Transformation, which for me was a whole different beast on its own. I learned to apply the tools from Discovery by making a commitment, taking action, and breaking through my fears to get the results I want in life. I was able to walk into my fears and face them, no matter the circumstances. I got to remember who I am and the power I possess as a human being. This was truly a life-changing experience.
Being in the Leadership Program after Transformation, I had the honor of seeing my family and friends attend the workshops. Seeing them break through their fears and limitations really touched something in me. Now, we get to support each other with our blind spots, and most importantly, we get to stay present and connected to each other with so much love and care. I am forever grateful! Thank you, EAC!
