I recently completed these workshops and can honestly say it was one of the most impactful experiences I’ve ever participated in. The workshop challenged me to look at myself, my patterns, and the stories I’ve been carrying in a way that was both eye-opening and empowering. What stood out most was the opportunity to connect authentically with other people. The environment encouraged vulnerability, accountability, and growth, while also providing support and encouragement along the way. I walked away with greater self-awareness, stronger communication skills, and a deeper understanding of how I show up in my relationships and commitments. The experience was at times challenging yet well worth it!!! What I appreciated the most was the ability to truly be myself and experience what is possible when people genuinely stand for one another. Invest in yourself. You deserve it.

I was skeptical at first. I came into Discovery with an open mind, hoping to elevate my career path. Little did I know that I would discover so much about myself and gain a deeper understanding of the limitations I had created—limitations that were preventing me from seeing and creating new possibilities in my life. Before this experience, I often felt like I was walking through a dark world alone, without guidance or direction. EAC gave me the opportunity to be completely authentic with myself and, most importantly, helped me regain the confidence to lead and trust myself. Transformation? It was one of the most powerful human experiences I’ve ever had. It challenged me to break through my fears, step outside my comfort zone, and embrace growth. And the best part? It was so much fun. This journey helped me heal, reconnect with myself, and experience life with a renewed sense of energy, purpose, and joy. I am truly grateful for the transformation and the person I continue to become because of it. I also want to express my sincere appreciation for Coach Ariya, the staffing team, and all of the support staff. They work incredibly hard to give back to others what they once experienced themselves. Their commitment, energy, and dedication create an environment where real growth and transformation can happen. Their belief in us, even when we struggle to believe in ourselves, makes a lasting impact, and I am deeply grateful for everything they do.

This work changed my life forever. I was a bit nervous and anxious at first when my friend introduced me to it; however, I felt like this was something I had been asking for for a very long time. Before I did Discovery, I wanted to find my purpose and meaning in life. I was constantly searching for answers and always found myself feeling empty inside. I went through a really dark time in my life where I was questioning, “Why me?” After attending Discovery, I realized how much I was missing out on in life and how I was showing up in life in a way that was no longer working for me. I lived in so much fear and anxiety, wanting a better life but being too scared to create it, having big dreams but not taking the risks to make a difference in my life, talking the talk but not walking the walk. I realized how much my own beliefs were limiting me. Discovery gave me the tools to make a difference in my life, take a stand for myself, and, most importantly, hold myself accountable by taking ownership of my life. After Discovery, I attended Transformation, which for me was a whole different beast on its own. I learned to apply the tools from Discovery by making a commitment, taking action, and breaking through my fears to get the results I want in life. I was able to walk into my fears and face them, no matter the circumstances. I got to remember who I am and the power I possess as a human being. This was truly a life-changing experience. Being in the Leadership Program after Transformation, I had the honor of seeing my family and friends attend the workshops. Seeing them break through their fears and limitations really touched something in me. Now, we get to support each other with our blind spots, and most importantly, we get to stay present and connected to each other with so much love and care. I am forever grateful! Thank you, EAC!

I did discovery and transformation in august 2025. I didn’t know what to expect or what it was gonna do for me but I trusted the person who encouraged me to give it a chance. Because I was tired of my stagnant repetitive results in life, I decided to give the experience a true go. Simply put, I realized I was living with blinders that I didn’t even know I had-causing me to fall in the same patterns-which is why I wasn’t fulfilled or at peace. Discovery showed me what my specific blinders were, and transformation allowed me to see what my life could look like if I put in the work to break those blinders off, break through my fears to see what else is possible. I’ve been putting in that work everyday since my class and I have a peaceful and happier sense of who I actually am. I feel more sure of my decisions and confident, and I now look forward to stepping further into the unknown that is life, instead of constantly letting the unknown hold me back.
