The purpose of the Contribution and Leadership Program is to create leaders empowered by their own wholeness and committed to their vision by actively inspiring others to action.  CLP participants are committed to fully contributing to the world and the greater good.

Whether you’re a high-powered executive, a mid-level manager, just starting your career or a student you will discover your potential for leadership.  This course benefits anyone who is committed to learning and developing themselves as a leader.

The Contribution and Leadership Program encourages participants to unleash their untapped potential, their desire for self improvement and taking it to a higher level.  It is the ability to exercise positive influence on those around you and being of service to others.  CLP provides you the opportunity to explore and deepen the distinction of all the tools you have learned in Discovery and Transformation and apply them to your life.  You will see, through these distinctions,   the importance and impact of each person making this a better world.

This program offers an understanding and practical application on a day-to-day basis of  the skills, habits and attitudes that are the foundation of  leadership.

Blending intellectual and physical activities in indoor and outdoor settings, you will intentionally be faced with obstacles and challenges that will ultimately give you a clear vision of who you are and the difference you are capable of making in your life, career and relationships.
