DESCRIPTION:The Inner Child is a powerful presence that resides within the heart of each and every one of us. This child within us possesses an abundance of creativity and aliveness. As children\, we received powerful messages from our parenting source that helped us to form decisions which determined the course of our life.  As your child progressed from birth to adolescence not all of your innate needs were met. When childhood needs are not taken care of\, you spend your life viewing the world through distorted perception. In order to end this cycle you must embrace your inner child by going back to the various stages of your life and seeking what your inner child missed. \nThe Inner Child within us is always trying to get our attention but for many of us we have forgotten how to listen and to be in touch with our natural vulnerability\, enthusiasm\, wonderment\, playfulness and joy. \nAll of us need powerful affirmations through our life. As children these powerful messages helped us to know that we were worthwhile\, that it was alright to feel\, to want to be loved and that our very existence was a precious gift. \nDuring the “Inner Child” workshop\, you will experience all of the above by taking a voyage through every developmental stage of your childhood (from birth through pre-adulthood.) You will embrace the child within you and change the limited beliefs so that you can feel unique and oneness. As you open your heart to your inner self\, you will experience your openness to life. Ultimately you will become a greater child\, spouse\, parent\, and most importantly\, you will find your true self as an adult.
